Pipe Diameter - Sani-Way Liner is designed with a 9% reduction in diameter to meet ASTM 1216 requirements for stretch and tight fit.

Pipe Identification - Every five feet of Sani-Way Liner is marked with the following information: FOOTAGE - DIAMETER - THICKNESS - LOT NUMBER

Coating Adhesion - Styrene Test - During the wet-out and until the resin is cured the coating is exposed to styrene. Styrene attacks most coating materials. If the coating is compromised,  resin washout can occur. We test for coating adhesion with a hot styrene test.

Pipe Diameter - The coated material diameter is controlled to +/- 3/8" and the plain felt to +/- 1/2".
